Sound mediation and healing was something new for me but after discovering his class and going to it, I am addicted to it. It helps relax my mind and after a class, I feel more rejuvenated and relaxed.
From April 19-21, Malbert (who has been practising yoga and meditation since 2000) will be hosting a Mind-Body Sound Healing Retreat in Taipei. The relaxing retreat “provides a unique and personal mindfulness experience that improves people’s mind and body wellness through sound healing with the gong and singing bowls” according to Malbert. The retreat will include a singing bowl workshop, hot spring visit in the mountain, sound healing yoga and meditation, nature walks, meals and two nights accommodation.
